acceleration. 7'he notict shall provide a period of not less than 30 days from the date thc notice is delivered or mailed
within which Borrrower must pay all sums socured by this Security Inatrument. lf Bonower fails to pay these sums
prior to the expiration of this period, Lender may invoke any remodies permitted by this Security Ins!rument without
further notice or demand on Borrower.
