20. No Trsnsfer. It ~s understood and agreed by Morlgagor that as part ot the mducement to Mortgagee to make the • ,
loan ev~denced by the Note. Mortgagee has cons~dered and re~?ed on the ~red~t walh~ness and rel~abl~ry d Mortgagor. Mortgagor
covenants and agrees not to sell, convey, transfer, lease a further encumber any mterest in or any part d the Mortgaged
Property wnthout the pr~or wntten consern of Mortgagee, and any such sa1e, conveyance, transter, lease or encumbrance
made wnthout Mortgagee's pnor wntten consent shall be v~d. If any pers~n shoulti obiam an ~nterest ~n all or any part of
the Mortgaged Property pwsuanl to the execut~on or enforcement of any I~en, secunty interest or other nght, whether supenor,
equal a subord~nate to th~s Mortgage or the I~en hereo(, such event shall be deemed to be a transfer by Mortgagor and
an event oi default hereunder.
21. Dehult Rate. The Default Aate shall be the h~ghest rate perm~tted by appl~cable law.
22. Chsnqes to Mortga~t. All changes, alterat~ons, deletions a add~t~ons to tha substance d any paragraph ~n th~s Mortgage
wh~ch have bee~ agreed to beM~een Mortgag~r and Mortgagee have been irnbaled by Mortgaga as add~t~onal proot of
Mortgagor's consent.
