Grantor, FRANK B. PULLARA, hereby exercising Grantor's right
to alter and amend that Trust Agreement dated April 6, 1981
pursuant to Article IV thereof, hereby amends and restates each
; and every provision of said instrument and each and every amend-

ment thereto, if any.

This Trust Agreement is hereby executed this 25th day of

~ August, 1989 by and between FRANK B. PULLARA, (hereafter referred
~ to as "Grantor" and in the singular form throughout this Trust
Agreement), and Trustee (hereafter named in Article XIV and
consistently referred to in the singular form throughout this
~ Trust Agreement).
Grantor has established this trust in order to provide a
- means for management of certain of Grantor's properties, and for
r
~
~ the maintenance, comfort and support of Grantor's beneficiaries.
