Grantor hereby transfers and delivers, or hus transYerred or
delivered, to Trustee the property listed in Schedule A annexed
hereto to have and to hold; and may hereafter transfer uny other
cash, securities, real and personal property which Trustee may,
pursuant to any of the prov i sions hereof , at any t ime hereaf ter
hold or acquire. The term "Trust Estate" sf~al l refer to this
property, any additional property acquired by Trustee pursuant to

~ Grantor or any other person, wi th consent of Trustee, may
~ add other property to any trust hereby created, by transferring

such property to Trustee hereunder by deed, assignment or other
instruments of transfer or bequest or devise, and if so added,
~ such property shall be covered by the provisions hereof, the same
as if originally included hereunder. Grantor's ~Vill may direct
~
~ that a part or al~l of Grantor's estate shal l be del ivered to
~ Trustee for administration by Trustee under this Trust Agreement.
