In administering all trusts established hereunder, Trustee
shall have the express powers enumerated herein, together with
a 1 1 other powers conf erred by 1 aw upon t rus tees genera 1 1 y, and
may exercise them at any time and from time to time in any valid
manner with or without court order, as follows:
Trustee, and the successors and pacties serving in their

~ stead, shal l be governed by the provisions af Chapters ?37 and

~ 738, Florida statutes, and as amended, that are not in confl ict

~ with this instrument, and shal l have all additional powees and
~
protection granted by statute to Trustee at the time of
~ appl ication that are not in confl ict with this instrument. In
addition and not in limitation of any common law or statutory
authority, and without appl ication to any court, Trustee also
~ shall have the powers and responsibilities described below to be
~ exercised in Trustee's absolute discretion.
