4. Real Property: The parties hold title as tenants
by the entirety to certain real property located at 1943 S.W.
Beard Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 1210, PORT:ST. LUCIE SECTION 8,
according to the plat :.hereof as recorded in
Plat Book 12, Pages 38A through 38G, of the r
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

E The Former Husband hereby agrees to Quit Claim all of

I his right, title and interest in and to the above described

~ property to the Former Wife and the Former Wife will agree to be
~ responsible for all indebtedness in connection with the home
~ includin but not limited to mortgage payments, real property

~ taxes, insurance, and improvements to the home. The Former Wife
~ agrees to indemnify and hold the Former Husband harmless from any
~
~ such indebtedness on said home. It is further;

ORDERED AND ADJDDGED, that all of the other
~ rovisions of the said Final Jud ent of Dissolution of Marria e

entered in this cause that have not been modified by this Order
shall remain in full force and effect.
