1987, which was incorporated into that certain Final-Judg~'nt of

Dissolution of Marriage entered on February 27, 1987.
4. Real Pronerty: The parties hold title as tenants
by the entirety to certain real property located at 1943 S.W.
Beard Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 1210, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 8,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 12, pages 38A through 38G, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Husband hereby agrees to Quit Claim all of his
right, title and interest in and to the above described property
to the Wife and the Wife will agree to be responsible for all
~ indebtedness in connection with the home including but not

; limited to mortgage payments, real property taxes, insurance, and
i
E improvements to the home. The Wife aqrees to indemnify and hold
f
~ the Husband harmless from any such indebtedness on said home.

i Al1 other provisions of the Final Judgment of

~ Dissolution of Marriage, entered in this cause, shall remain in
~
~ fLll force and effect.
