Each party shall immediately notify the other of any
illness or other emergency that may arise while the child is in
his or her custody, and the party who is iiotified shall have
immediate assess to the child, notwithstandinq where the child
may be.
Each party agrees to keep the other advised as to their
mailinq and residential address at all times.
3. SDPPORT - The parties have agreed that the
Husband is well able to provide for the needs of the minor child,
and as such, the Wife will not be obligated to pay child support
payments to the Husband.
All other provisions of the Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage entered in this cause shall remain in
full force and effect.
