AT SUCH TIME AND PLACE AS THE PARTIES MAY AGREE. IF NOT IN
AGREEMENT, THE PROPOSED VISITATION ARRANGBMENTS WILL 8E INCORPORATED,
EXCEPT FOR EXTRAORDYNARY CIRCUMSTANCES.
1. WEEKENDS: Non-custodial parent--every other weeke~d--5:00 P.M.
Friday, return 7;00 P.M. on following Sunday. Wednesdays--5:00 P.M.
to 7:00 P.M, on the week not having weekends.
O tion Non-custodial parent--every~ other weekend--commencing
Friday immediately after school, returning directly to the school
Monday morning.
2, HOLIDAYS: Bi-weekly visitation shall be superseded by the
foregoing designated holiday vacation periods.
a. Christmas: Non-custodial parent--even years--5:00 P.M.
Friday beginning the school vacation, returning 2s00 P.M.
Christmas Day. Non-custodial parent--odd years--2:00 P.M.
Christmas Day, returning 7:00 P.M. Sunday prior to school
commencing the following Monday. .
b. Spring Vacation: Non-custodial perent--the entire spring
vacation. I£ Easter is at the beginni~g of the spring
vacation--2:00 P.M. Easter, returning 7:00 P.M. the following
Sunday. If Easter is at the end of the spring vacation,
returning 2:00 P.M. Easter Sunday. If Easter is not within
spring vacation, no~-custodial parent--2:00 P.M. ~aster,
returning 7:00 P.M. If Easter falls on a weekend--pick up on
Fsiday, returning 2:04 P.M, Easter Sunday. This prevails
over regular weekend visitation, not to be made up.
c. Thanksgiving: Odd years--non-custodial parent--5s00 P.M. on
Wednesday before Thanksgiving, returning Thanksgiving 2:00
P,M. Even years--non-custodial parent--2s00 P.M. on
Thanksgiving Day, returning 7:00 P.M. If Thanksgiving falls
on regular weekend visitation, then 5:00 P.M. Thanksgiving,
, returning 7:00 P.M. the following Sunday.
d. Mother's Day/Father's Day: To be spent with appropriate
parent from 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. This takes precedence
over weekend visitations, not to be made up.
e. Birthdays: Child shall celebrate his/her birthday in the
home of the custodial parent. Non-custodial parent shall
have visitation from 5:00 P.M, to 7:00 P.M. on birthdays.
3. WAITING: The child and custodial parent will wait no more than 30
minutes. A parent who is late (over 30 minutes) forfeits their right
of visitation for that period.
4. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of visitation by either parent for
weekends must be no later than 5;00 P.M. Wednesday before the weekend
period. Other cancellation is by 24 hour notice.
5. SUMMER VACATION: Non-custodial parent--to begin onP week after
school lets out for six weeks. The custodial parent will have one
weekend during the six week period which will be the fourth weekend.
In the event of cancellation of summer vacation, 30 days prior notice
shall be given.
a. If summer school is necessary for the child to pass to the
next grade, it must be attended. In the event of summer
school attendance, the svmmer vacation for non-custodial
parent will be adjusted to commence after the summer school.
