THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the Stipulated
Motion for Entry of Order of Modification signed by the parties and the
Court being fully advised of the premises, it is therefor~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
1. The Mediation Agreement entered into by the parties shali be
entered and approved.
2. The Modification/Mediation Agreement shali modify ail
provisions inconsistent therewith and/or ciarify any provisions
regarding the maritai home.
` 3. All other provisions of the Final Judgment shall remain in fuil
force and effect.
