~ Notice is hereby qiven that a claim was instituted in
the above Court by the above named Plaintiff aqainst the above
named Defendants. The property involved is that certain lot,
~ parcel or piece of land and personalty located thereon, situate,
~ lyinq and being in the County of the State of Florida wherein
this suit was filed, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 129, of SHBRriTON PL~ISPi, IINIT Z'f~0 REPL~T,
~ according to the Plat thereof, ae recorded i.n
~ Plat Book 16, at Paqe 2 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie Countp, Florida.
The relief sought in and by said suit is the
foreclosure of a certain mortgage recorded in Official Records
~ Book 494 at Page 1624, in the office of the Clerk of the above
~ Court; the decreeing of a sale of said property under the
' direction of said Court, in default of the payment of the amount
found to be due the Plaintiff under said mortqaqe; and for other
and further relief.
