j THIS CAUSE came on trial the 22th day of January,

i 1990, and the Court having given fuli consideratian to all the evidence,

~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and

' subject matter of this suit; that the Husband having been served on
~ November 30, 1989 and a default having been validly entered on December
~
~ 29, 1989 and that the relation of Husband and INife now exists between the

~ arties; and that the marria e between the arties is irretrievabl broken

~ and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDCED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTI.ON. The marriage between MARY KENNISON and LEROY
~ KENNISON be and same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
E are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
s between them and from the obligations arising therefore.

~ 2. MARITAL HOME. The Wife is hereby awarded one half of the

~ proceeds of the sale of the marital home located at 631 Southwest Curry
