Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida, after payment of outstanding
encumbrances, closing costs and any other fee associated with the sale.
Further the Wife is awarded the value of mortgage payment made by her
prior to the sale which totals ;48$.00.
3. ATTORNEYS FEES. The Wife is awarded one half of attorneys
fees and costs of these proceedings, which total ;375.00.
4. PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Wife is further awarded all furniture,
furnishings and personal property located vr•ithin the marital home. The
Wife presently has possession of said property and possession constitutes
ownership of same.
5. RESTORATION OF NAME. The Wife will be restored to her former
; name, to-wit: MARY SELVAGE.

6. AUTOMOBILES. The 1986 Eurosport Chevrolet which is titled in

~ both names is hereby awarded to the Husband. The Husband shall be

f responsible for all payments, :nsurance, and expenses associated with said
i vehicle and hold the Wife harmless from any liability thereon. The Wife
~
~ shall relinquish all right, title and interest in and to said vehicle.
f Further, the loan is presently in both parties' names, the Husband shalt

~ make good faith effort to place the loan in his name alone. The Wife is
f
hereby awarded the 1981 pick-up truck or in the alternative, the fair
market value of said vehicle.

~ 7. DEBTS. During the marriage certain debts were incurred. The
r
party who incurred said debts shall be responsible for debt and hold the
other party wholly harmless.
! 8. VESTING TITLE. All documents requiring exe~ution under this

~ Final ludgment of Dissolution of Marriage shall vest pursuant to Rule
~
~
