Court reviewinq the file and being otherwise ful~ly advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
. ORDBRBD AIID aDJODGBD that said Final Judgment Of Dissolution
Of Marriaqe entered by this Court on Januarsr 11, 1984, and the '
Property Settlement Agreement dated January 10, 1984 and approved
and incorporated into said Final Judgment, shall be amended as aet
! forth in the Aqreement of the parties aforementioned dated December

30, 1989, and each of the parties ia ordered to comply with the
terms and condition~ of said Aqreement. It is further

r of said Final Judgment and Progerty Settlement Aqreement, not

' inconsistent herewith, shall remain in full force and effect. It
