THIS CAU5E comin9 on to be heard upon the Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage and Other Relief tiled by GAIL A.
NEUBURGER, the Wite herein, and upon the evidence presented, the
Court finds and determines that the parties hereto, GAIL A.
NEUBURGER, Wife, and RICHARD NEUBURGER, Husband, are Husband and
Wife having married each other on April 2Z, 1988 and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken; that the
Court has jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereco; chat
the parties hereto have no minor children as a result of this
marriage, and that the parties have resolved the issues of the
marriage by way ~of a Property Settlement Agreement dated August 11,
19t~9, it is thereof;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fotlows:
