PROPERTY: The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement dated August 11, 1989 and admitted into evidence herein is hereby incorporated into this Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage and the parties hereto are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. Pursuant to tne provisions of said Separation and Property Settlement Agreement and Flocida Statute 14.115(1)(a), the Wife, GAiL A. NEUBURGER is hereby awarded a one-half interest in that certain lottery prize from the State of Florida in the approximate balance of l5 million dollars to be paid out durin~ the ~ next 20 years and RICHARD NEUBURGER and GAIL A. NEUBURGER shall i i ~ eacn receive one-half of all future proceeds from said lottery f winnings and each shall be responsible for all taxes payable on ~ eacn respective one-half share. ~ ~ ~ 3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the ~ € f parties thereto is retained for the entry of such further orders ~ that may de consistent herewith. ~ ~ 4.
