AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appear ed , JOHN L. MEURER , SR who , af ter be i ng du 1 y swor n, deposes
and states the following:
1. That my name is JOHN L. MEURER, SR, and I currently
reside at 148 Estia Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida, 34952.
2. That I was married to the late JOSEPHINE A. MEURER,
and we owned real property located in St. ~ucie County, Florida,
to-wit=
Lot 12, Block 43, RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION,
UNIT FIVE, aceording to the Plat thereof
?-ecorded in Plat Book 11, at Fage 3], of
the public records of St. l.ucie County,
Florida '
as tenants by the entireties, u~til her death which occurred on
December 25, 1988.
3. That we remained married to each other continuously
from a point in time prior to our acquisition of the aforesaid
property on May 4, 197~, as set forth in that certain Warranty Deed
dated May 4, 1972 , f i led Mav 15 , 1972 , and recorded i n
Official Records Book 202, Page 1170 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, until the date of my spouse's death_ A
certified copy of her death certificate is attached hereto and made
a part hereof .
