I.
The provisions of the introductorv paragraphs and Articles 1
and 2 are not being amended and are hereby reaffirmed.
Reference should be made to the Declaration for the original
text of these provisions.
II.
Article 3 is hereby deleted and in lieu thereof the following
Article 3 is inserted. See Article 3 of the Declaration for
the original text of these provisions.
3. DEFINITIONS
A. The terms used in this Declaration and the Exhibits
attached hereto shall have the meanings stated in the
Condominium Act and Chapter 721, Florida Statutes, ref erred
to as the Florida Real Estate Time Sharing Act ("FRETSA") on
the date this Declaration is recorded, unless otherwise
defined in the context hereof. If there is a conf lict
between the Condominium Act and FRETSA regarding the
definition of any term, the definition in ERETSA shall
~ prevail.
` B. As used in this Declaration and the Exhibits
attached hereto, unless the context otherwise requires, the
following definitions shall apply:
1. "Time Sharing Plan,~~ and the "Fixed Week Plan~~
and "Floating IIse Plan" thereof, shall mean the arrangement
~ by which an Owner receives by deed certain ownership rights
~ in a Unit Week of a Unit, and enjoys certain possession and
~ use rights in the Condominium Property. Such plans are
described further in Article 6 hereof.

~ 2. "Unit Week" shall mean that period of time
~ consisting of seven (7) consecutive days during which the
~ Owner(s) thereof shall be entitled to the possession and use
of a IInit committed to the Time Sharing Plan of the
Condominium. However, the possession and use of a Unit Week
is subject to the check-in/check-out times established under
Article 22 hereof and, if applicable, the provisions of the
Floating Use Plan (hereinafter defined). Each Unit committed
to the Time Sharing Plan contains fifty-two (52) Unit Weeks
~ which can be occupied each year and an additional seven (7)
~ day period of time which will occur only during certain years
~ (the "53rd Week"). The 53rd Week is further defined below
and shall not be considered a Unit Week as provided f or
~ herein and in the Declaration unless specifically indicated.
~ A Turnover Day is the day of the week when the Unit Week
