The Turnover Day for the IInit Weeks in Phase I shall be (a) Friday for IInits for wh;ch the unit number designation ends with the digits "05" through "07" and (b) Sunday for IInits for which the unit number designation ends with the digits "08" through "10." The Developer anticipates that the Turnover Day for the IInit Weelcs in Phase II shall be Saturday if Phase II is added to the Condominium. Each IInit Week shall commence at noon on the Turnover Day and shall terminate at noon on the Turnover Day seven days later. In other words, Unit Week No. 1 is the seven (7) day period commencing at noon on the first applicable Turnover Day in each calendar year; IInit Week No. 2 is the seven (7) day period commencing at noon on the Turnover Day next following the first Turnover Day in each year. Additional Unit Weeks .up to and including Unit Week No. 52 are computed in like manner. The 53rd Week shall be the seven (7) day period fol.lowing the end of Unit Week No. 52 and terminating at noon on the first applicable Turnover Day of the negt calendar year, but shall only exist and follow IInit Week No. 52 if IInit Week No. 52 ends in the same ~ calendar year in which the preceding Unit Week No. 1 began. ~i Although a Unit Week shall run from noon on the first ; applicable Turnover Day of the designated period to noon on ~ the negt applicable Turnover Day, a IInit Week Owner will be E entitled to occupy a IInit only in accordance with the use ~ restrictions set forth in, or promulgated pursuant to the provisions of , Article 22 hereof . ~ 3. "Owner(s)" shall mean owner(s) of IInit(s) not ~ committed to the Time Sharing Plan and owner(s) of Unit ~ Week(s). E 4. ~~Developer" shall mean Vistana Resort ~ Development, Inc. or a successor developer which shall mean a ~ person or entity who or which shall become the owner of the ` property, or a portion of the property, described as possibly ~ constituting Phase II of the Condominium and develops such property as Phase II of the Condominium pursuant to the terms ~ of this Declaration. ~ 5. "Manager" shall mean Vistana Resort Management, Inc., a Florida corporation. 6. "Estate(s)" shall mean the interest of an Owner = in a Unit of the Condominium. f t 7.
