8. "Unit Week Owner(s)" shall mean owner(s) of a
Unit Week(s).
9. "Association" shall mean Beach Club Property
Owners' Association, Inc.
10. "Season" shall mean one of two seasonal time
periods to which a Unit Week committed to the Floating Use
Plan has been assigned pursuant to Article 6 hereof. One
season shall be called the Prime Time or Pref erred Flex Time
Season ("Prime Time Season") and the other season shall be
called the High Time or Flex Time Season ("High Time Season").
11. "Floating Use Period(s)" shall mean the time
period or periods in a Unit Week Owner's Season consisting of
either (1) a"Floating IInit Week" or (2) "IInit Night
Segments" totalling seven IInit Nights, which may be
reserved annually by an Owner of a Unit Week committed to the
! Floating Use Plan for the possession and use of a Unit
i pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Floating Use
~ Plan. A"Floating Unit Week" shall mean a Unit Week with a
; Turnover Day of either a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, but not
~ necessarily the Unit Week to which the Owner holds title.
~ "Unit Night Segments" shall mean segments of time totalling
~ seven (7) IInit Nights which can be reserved consecutively or
~ nonc~nsecutively in accordance with the Floating IIse Rules,
provided that each segment shall consist of at least two (2)
~ consecutive Unit Nights. A"Unit Night" shall mean that
period of time which shall commence at noon on a particular
day and shall terminate at noon on the following day.
Although a Floating IInit Week shall run from noon on the
~ first applicable Turnover Day to noon on the next applicable
~ Turnover Day and Unit Night Segments shall run from noon on
~ the first applicable IInit Night to noon on the last
applicable Unit Night, a Unit Week Owner is only entitled to
~ occupy a Unit in accordance with the check-in/check-out times
and other use restrictions set forth in, or promulgated
~ pursuant to the provisions of, Articles 6 and 22 hereof.
~ 12. "Floatin Use Ru1es" shall mean the rules and

regulations relating to the possession, use and enjoyment of
the Condominium Property under the Eloating Use Plan pursuant
to Article 6 hereof.

~ are hereby reaffirmed. Reference should be made to the
~ Declaration for the original text of these provisions.
