Article 6 is hereby deleted and in lieu thereof the following
Article 6 is inserted. See Article 6 of the Declaration for
the ori~inal text of these provisions.
6. T I i[E SHAR 1 NG PLAN
A. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1. TIME-SHARE PERIODS (UNIT WEEKS) MAY BE CREATED
WITH RESPECT TO ALL UNITS IN THE CONDONINILTM AND ANY
SUBSEQUENT PHASE OF THE CONDOMINIUM.
2. A Unit shall be committed to the Time Sharing
Plan upon the recording of the first deed to a Unit Week in
such Unit. No IInit may be committed to a time-share plan <as
defined by Chapter 721, Florida Statutes) other than the Time
Sharing Plan created by this Declaration. A IInit will no
; longer be committed to the Time Sharing Plan any time all
; IInit Weeks are owned by the same legal entity other than
! Developer, or its successor(s) in title, and such owner
~ records its intent to remove such Unit from the Time Sharing
~ Plan. The Time Sharing Plan may only be terminated upon
! termination of the Condominium pursuant to Article 17 hereof
' or upon the election by the Developer prior to recording the
, first deed for the sale of a Unit Week in the Condominium,
and this sentence may not be amended egcept by approval of
~ one hundred percent (1009.) of the members of the Board of
~ Directors lus sevent five ercent (75~6) of all Owners.

~ 3. Each IInit committed to the Time Sharing Plan
~ shall contain fifty-two (52) Unit Weeks plus a 53rd Week
~ described in Article 3 and occurring only in certain years.
' One (1) of the IInit Weeks ("Maintenance Week") shall be
~ conveyed to the Association and shall be used as provided
~ below. Except as provided in Section 6(A)(5) hereof, the
~ Maintenance Week may not be conveyed by the Association to
k any person or entity other than a successor association. If
the Developer conveys the 53rd Week to the Association, the
terms of this Declaration which apply to the Maintenance Week
shall also apply to the 53rd Week unless otherwise
specifically indicated. Each of the 51 IInit Weeks (thus
excluding the Maintenance Week and the 53rd Week as
referenced above) of a Unit committed to the Time Sharing
> Plan shall have appurtenant to it an undivided 1/51st share
e of the common elements appurtenant to such IInit.
' Notwithstanding anything in this Declaration or its exhibits
~ to the contrary, membership and voting rights in the
~ Association and an ownership share in the common elements are
~ not appurtenant to any Maintenance Week and the 53rd Week and
~ neither the Maintenance Week nor the 53rd Week shall be
