Use of the common elements, rights of the IInit Week Owners with respect thereto, and the limited common elements of each Unit committed to the Time Sharing Plan shall be limited to the authorized occupant during the period owned by a Unit Week Owner. Except as herein provided to the contrary, the provisions of this Declaration may be amended from time to time upon the approval of such amendment or amendments by the Association pursuant to a resolution or written consent approving such amendment or amendments adopted or given by Owners entitled ta cast not less than a majority of the votes of all members of the Association entitled to vote thereon, except where otherwise required by the Condominium Act or this Declaration. No a~endment changing the size or dimensiona of a IInit subm~tted to condominitm neanPrshir~ shalll be effective unleas consented to by the Owners of said Unit. No amendment which affects the rights, privileges or interest of the Developer shall be effective without its prior written consent. No amendment which aff ects any mortgagee's position .or right as mortgagee of any Estate sha11 be eff ective without said mortgagee's written consent.
