visitors of the IInit. Use of the common elements, rights of
the IInit Week Owners with respect thereto, and the limited
common elements of each Unit committed to the Time Sharing
Plan shall be limited to the authorized occupant during the
period owned by a Unit Week Owner. IIse of the common
elements shall be subject to and governed by the provisions
of the Condominium Act, FRETSA, this Declaration, the
Articles, By-Laws and rules and regulations of the
Association.

easement and other rights hereunder, such easement and other
rights shall also benefit other IInit Week Owners who have the

pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 hereof.
VI .
The provisions of Article 8 are not bein~ amended and are
hereby reaffirmed. Reference should be made to the
Declaration for the original text of these provisions.
VII.
The provisions of Article 9 are amended herebv as set forth
below with new words underZined and deleted words lined
through. The entire Article 9, as amended, is set forth
beZow for clari~ication.
9 . A~E1vDKENTS
A. Except as herein provided to the contrary, the
provisions of this Declaration may be amended from time to
time upon the approval of such amendment or amendments by the
Association pursuant to a resolution or written consent
approving such amendment or amendments adopted or given by
Owners entitled ta cast not less than a majority of the votes
of all members of the Association entitled to vote thereon,
except where otherwise required by the Condominium Act or
this Declaration. No a~endment changing the size or
dimensiona of a IInit subm~tted to condominitm neanPrshir~ shalll
be effective unleas consented to by the Owners of said Unit.
No amendment which affects the rights, privileges or interest
of the Developer shall be effective without its prior written
consent. No amendment which aff ects any mortgagee's position
.or right as mortgagee of any Estate sha11 be eff ective
without said mortgagee's written consent. All amendments to
