All amendments shall be recorded in the public records of (j#~t~~~ ~,t. Lucie County, Florida. I B. If the Developer elects to add Phase II, it shall record a supplement to this Declaration setting forth the property to be added to the Condominium and the revised shares of ownership of the common elements resulting from the addition of Phase II. No approval or action of the Association, Owners or mortgagees shall be neceasary for the addition of Phase II. In any supplement adding Phase II, the Developer may unilaterally select a different Turnover Day from that which has been shown in Article 3 hereinabove. C. In addition and for as Zong as Developer has ownership interest in any part or all of at least twenty-f ive percent <25'~) of the IInits in this Condominium, Developer reserves the right at any time to amend this Declaration, without notice to or consent of the Association, mortgagees or Owners, as may be required by any lending institution or public body, or in such manner as the Developer may determine to be necessary, provided that such amendment shall not increase the percentage of common expenses bdrne by, nor decrease the ownership of common elements by Owners other than Developer. D. If the Developer elects to expand the common elements of the Condominium by adding the property as provided for in Section 7Q¢Y 7[A)~3) hereof, the Developer shall record anl amendment to this Declaration describing such property and improvements. Such a.mendment shall be executed with the formalities of a deed and recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
