The entire Article 11, as amended, is set forth below for clarification. il. i1NIT WEEK MAINTENANCE EXPENSES AND OTE~R EXPENSES: I A. GENERAL PROVISIQNS: I ~ All IInit Week Owners shall be assesaedl their proportionate share of the following maintenance expenaes regarding IInits committed to the Time Sharing Plan <in addition to their proportionate share of common expenses set forth above): Repair and upkeep for normal wear and tear;l ~ ~ Repair and replacement of furniture,l ~ fixtures, appliances, carpeting, utensils, and the ~ like; ~ ( E Casualty and liability insurance; ~ ~ Electricity separately metered; I ~ g/~ Personal property, real estate, and anyl ~ other applicable taxes not the reaponsibility of ~ individual IInit Week Owners; ~ ( Housekeeping expenses; I ~ 7/g~ Telephone espenses; and I ~ ~ 4~~#~it~~t 4~~it~ V~~ ~1~~!
