6. The Association shall have the power to enter
into agreements to or acquire leaseholds, memberships and
other possessory or use interests in recreational facilities
for the purpose of providing enjoyment, recreation or other
use or benefit to the Owners whether or not such lands or
. facilities are contiguous to the Condominium Property, and
the Association may include the rental, membership f ees,
operations, replacements or other expenses associated
therewith as common expenses.

herebv reaffirmed. Reference .should be made to the
Declaration for the original text of these provisions.

3. CASUALTY AND LIABILITY INSURANCE ON ALL UNITS
~ COIrIIriITTED TO THE TIME SHARING PLAN, as needed, and on all
~ Units and limited common elements therein. Each such policy
~ shall reflect the respective interests of the Association,
~ all Unit Week Owners in each such IInit and mortgagees, if
any. Casualty insurance shall be in an amount equal to the
~ maximum insurable replacement value of the Unit and the
~ limited common elements therein, without deduction f or
; depreciation and e$clusive of excavation and foundation
~ costs, as determined annually by the insurance carrier. The
~ premiums shall be a part of the unit week ~aintenance $~~I
~ vx enses. All losses thereunder shall be payable to thel
~ Association. All such proceeds shall be used for the purpose
of repair or replacement of any loss.
XIII.
The provisions of Article 15 are amended hereby as set forth
below with new words underlined and deleted words lined
through. The entire Article 15, as amended, is set forth
~ below for clarification.
