22. USE RESTRICTIONS
A. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1. No Unit Week Owner may make additions,
alterations or renovations of the IInit being occupied.
2. No Owner shall be permitted to keep animals or
pets of any kind on the Condominium Property (which includes
the Units).
3. Except for the Developer~s right to operate a
resort hotel with respect to unsold Units and IInit Weeks, no
Unit sha11 be used for any purpose other thln for residential
purposes.
4. All Owners shall keep and maintain the Unit
being occupied in good condition and repair.

; 5. No Owner shall cause any signs to be posted or
~ affixed to any of the common elements or in any IInit ~hich
4 such sign may be seen f rom the common elements.

I 6. Owners, members of their families, guests,
~ invitees, or lessees shall in no way deface, mar, alter,
~ repair or replace any part of any Unit or the common elements
~ and in the event of such damage shall be liable for the cost
! of repair.

~ 7. All common hallways, balconies, terraces and
~ passages shall be kept free for their intended use by the
Owners in common, and shall in no event be used as storage
~ areas by the individual Owners, either on a temporary or
~ permanent basis.

~ 8. No clothing, bedding, or other similar items,
shall be dried or aired in any outdoor area, nor shall any
such items be hung over or on balconies.
9. All garbage or trash shall be placed in the
disposal installations provided for such purposes by the
; Association.
~ 10. All occupants of Units shall exercise egtreme
care abovt making noises, or the use of musical instruments,
~ radios, televisions and amplifiers that may tend to disturb
~ other occupants.

~ 11. No occupant shall play upon, or suff er to be
~ played upon, any musical instrument, or permit to be operated
~ a phonograph or radio loud speaker in such occupant's IInit
~
