HomeMy WebLinkAbout1704 1 ~ 1 ' ' , I I I ~ between the hours of 11:00 o'clock P.M. and the following 9:00 o'clock A.M., if the same shall disturb or annoy other occupants of the building; and in no event shall either vocal or instrumental music be practiced for more than two (2) hours in any day between the hours of 6:00 o'clock P.M. and the following 9:00 o~clock A.M. nor shall an occupant commit or permit any nuisance, immoral or illegal act in the Unit being occupied or in the common elements. 12. Except as noted herein, the restrictive covenants set forth in this Article 22 shall only be amended in the manner as provided for an amendm2nt of this Declaration. 13. The Board of Directors of the Association shall have the right to make and amend reasonable rules and regulations, in addition to these restrictions, respecting the use and occupancy of the Condominium Property as is provided herein and in the Articles of Incorporation and/or By-Laws, and such rules and regulations shall not be, or ~ require, an amendment to this Declaration. , ~ 14. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Occupancy of a Unit ~ Week shall begin at 4:00 p.m. on the first Turnover Day of ~ the IInit Week and terminate at 10:00 a.m. on the following ~ Turnover Day of the IInit Week; provided, however, that the Board of Directors may from time to time change such ~ occupancy times during the first and following Turnover Days ~ of the Unit Week, and such a change shall not require an amendment to this Declaration.
