C'heck-In/Check-Out Times: As to Floating Unit Weeks, occupancp of a IInit shall begin at 4:00 p.m. on the first Turnover Day of the Floating Unit Week and shall terminate at 10:00 on the following Turnover Day of the Floating IInit Week. As to IInit Night Segments, occupancy of a Unit shall begin at 4:00 p.m. on the first Unit Night of the Floating IIse Period and shall terminate at 10:00 a.m. on the Iast IInit Night of such Floating IIse period. The Association's Board of Directors may from time to time change such check-in/check-out times, and such a change shall not require an amendment to the Declaration. . %JI . Paragraph A of Article 23 is hereby deleted and in lieu thereof the followin~ Para~raph A of Article 23 is inserted. See Paragraph A of Article 23 of the Declaration for the original text of these provisions. A. If a Unit Week Owner fails to vacate a IInit at the expiration of his right to occupy as provided in this Declaration, or at such other earlier time as may be fixed by the rules and regulations, he shall be deemed a"holdover owner.~~ The Association shall take such steps as may be necessary to remove such holdover owner f rom the IInit, and shall attempt to secure, at its expense, alternate accommodations for any Unit Week Owner who may not be able to occupy a Unit due to the failure to vacate by any holdover owner. Such accommodations shalx be as near in value as possible to the IInit which the holdover owner failed to vacate. In the event the Association is unable to secure alternate accommodations, the Association shal~l pay to the Unit Week Owner unable to occupy a IInit a~ sum equal to 150~ of the f air rental value of such Unit for the entire period such Owner was denied occupancy. The holdover owner shall be charged for the cost of such alternate accommodations, any other sums paid by the Association due to the holdover owner~s failure to vacate the IInit, and an administrative fee of $50.00 per day during the holdover period. In the event it is necessary that the Association contract ~or a period greater than the actual period of holding over, in order to secure alternate accommodations as set forth above, the cost of the entire period sha11 be the responsibility of the holdover owner, although the $50.00 per day administrative fee shall cease upon actual vacating by the holdover owner.
