THIS QOITCLAIM DEED, Executed this ~ p~day of October,
1989, by Grantors, BARRY C. HSNDRICRS and CARLA S. HENDRICRS,
both of Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, to Grantee
BARItY C. HBNDRICRS whose post office address is 101 Forest Park
Avenue, Springfield, Massachusetts 01118,
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantors, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER GOOD
AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION in hand paid by the said Grantee,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise,
release and quitclaim unto the said Grantee forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
Grantors have in and to the following described lot, piece or
parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2205, OF PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 33, A
SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF' RECORDED IN PLAT BOOR
15, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN IS NOT NOW NOR HAS IT
EVER BEEN DURING THE PERIOD OF THEIR OWNERSHIP, THE HOMESTEAD
OF THE GRANTORS, NOR IS IT CONTIGUOUS TO THE HOMESTEAD OF THE
GRANTOR.
Subject to water rights reserved in a deed to the Grantors
dated September 16, 1985 and filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida in Book 477, Page 1605.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and easement of recora: Zoning and other
regulatory ordinances and taxes for the year 1989, and special
Assessments,
i f any .
Being the same premises conveyed to the Grantors herein by
Deed of General Development Corporation dated Setember 16, 1985
and filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flori~a in
! Book 477, Page 1605.

; singular the apurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
