l~I. Acceleracion; Remedies. I.e~der shall give notice to Borrower prior to acceleracion following Eorrower's
breach of any covenant or agreement in chis Securicy Inscrumenc lbut not prior eo acceleration under paragraphs 1~ and
17 unless applicable law provides otherwise). The notice shall specify: (a) the default; (b) the action required to cure che
defaule; (c) a dace, noc less chan i0 days from che dace che nocice is given co Borrower, by which che default musc be cured;
and (d) chac failure to cure the default on or before the date specified in the notice may resulc in arceleration of the sums
secured by this Security lnstrument, foreciosure by judicial proceeding and sale of che Property. The notice shall further ~
inform Borrower of the right to reinstate aiter acceleration and the right to assert in the foreclosure proceeding the non-
existence of a default or any ocher defense of Borrower to acceleration and foreclosure. lf the default is noc cured on or
before che datt specified in the notice, I.ender at its option may require immediate payment in full of all sums secured by
this Security Instrurnent wichout further demand and may foreclose chis Securicy Instrument by judicial proceeding.
Lender shall be enticled to collecc all expenses incurred in pursuing the remedies provided in this paragraph 19,

21. Release. Upun paymenc uf all sums secured by this Seturicy Instrument, Lender shall release ehis Security
Inserumenc without charge to Burrower. Burrower shall pay any recurdation coses.
22. Accorneys' Fees. As used in this Seturicy Inscrumenc and che Noce, "attorneys' fees" shall include any accurne~•s'
Fees aw•arded b~~ an appellare court. ~
2i. Riders to this Security Instrument. If one or more riders are execuced by Borruwer and recorded rogecher with ~
