THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard this ~th day~ of '
January, 1990, on the Petition for Paternity and Custody, and
both Petitioner, TERRENCE T. MCAULIFFE, and the natural mother,
ROSLYN FRAZIER being preser~t, and this Court having heard all of
the evidence presented,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. TERRENCE T. MCAULIF?E is the natural father of the
minor child, SHEARON BONECIA FIGURS.
; 2. The natural father and the natural mother shall

~ have shared parental custody of the minor child, with each parent
f
~ having said child six rnonths out of each year until the child
€
reaches school age.
~
~ 3. Both parties are to determine what the normal
~
~ school age for the minor child.

~ 4. Upon determining the normal age for the child to
Q being school, shared residences can be maintained as long as the
~
~ minor. child does not have to change schools in the middle of the
~ school year. ~

5. The Court retains jurisdiction to determine the
primary physical residence of the minor child.
6. The natural father shall pay to the natural mother
child support in the amount of $200.00 per month during the time
~

~ that said child is in the custody of the natural mother.
