20. Leader la Possession. Upon acceleration under paragraph 19 or abandonment of the Propeny, Lender (by judicially
appointed receiver) shall be entitied to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to coliect the rents ot the
Property including those past due. Any rents coliccted by Lender or tht receiver shall be apptied first to payment of the costs
of management of the Property and collection of rents, including~ but not limited to, receiver's fces, premiums on receiver's bonds
and reasonable attorneys' fees. and then to the sums secured by this Security lnstrument.
