A. Condominlum Obligations. Borrower shall periorm all of the Borrower's obligations under the Condominium Pro~ect~s
Const~tuent Documents. The Constituent Do~umcnts" are the (i) Declaration a any other docurt~ent which creates !he

due. afl dues and assessments imposed pursuant to the Constituent Documerrts.
B. Hazard Insurance. Sc~ long as the Owners Assoc~ation maintains, with a generally accepted insurance carr~er. a
~aster" or Clanket' policy on the Condom~nium Pro~ect which is satisfactory to Lender and wh~ch provides insurance coverage
