CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT
WHEREAS, AVON MANOR PARK LAND TRUST, as Seller, and JAMES L.
SELPH and SONORA~FRENCH SELPH, Husband and Wife, as the
Purchaser, entered into those certain Articles of Agreement dated
June 4, 1985, recorded in O.R. Book 488, Page 1123 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. whereunder the said JAMES
L. SELPH and SONDRA FRENCH SELPH acquired an i~terest in certain
real property and a mobile home located thereon at 1107 East Joy
Lane, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described in said Articles of Agreement as follows, to wit:
Lot 13 of Block A in AVON PARK SUBDIVISION,
Unit No. 1 according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 16 at page 19 Public
Recards of St. Lucie County, Florida with a .

WHEREAS, pursuant to a~eparation and Property Settlement
Agreement dated November 17, 1989 between the said JAMES L. SELPH
and SONDRA FRENCH SELPH, said parties executed an Assignment and
Acceptance dated December 20. 1989, recorded in O.R. Book 669,
Page 1190 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
whereby the said parties assigned all of their right. title and
interest in and to the above-described property and Articles of
Agreement to the said SONDRA FRENCH SELPH; and
WHEREAS, said Articles of Agreement provide that there
y cannot be an assignment thereof without the written consent of
= the said AVON MANOR PARK LANDTRUST; and
WHEREAS, the said AVON MANOR PARK LANDTRUST has previously
indicated that it would provide its written consent to the said
' - assignment.

NOW, THERFORE, in consideration of the premises, AVON MANOR
FARK LANDTRUST hereby consents to the above-described Assignment
= to the said SONDRA FRENCH SELPH.
