SllAREZ, JR., ESQ., who being duly sworn deposes and says the following: 1. That affiant is the owner of the property described herein. 2. That at the time of execution and recordation of that certain Warranty Deed filed in Official Records Book 326 at Page 179 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, both the grantor, ELIZABETH B. SUAREZ, and grantee. RAYMOND J. SUAREZ, Jr., (affiant) were husband and wife. 3. That due to scriveners error the marit~l status of the grantor in the aforementioned deed was omitted. 4.
