BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority duly authorized to take acknowledgments
and administer oaths, personally appeared RAYMOND J. SllAREZ, JR., ESQ., who
being duly sworn deposes and says the following:
1. That affiant is the owner of the property described herein.
2. That at the time of execution and recordation of that certain
Warranty Deed filed in Official Records Book 326 at Page 179
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, both the
grantor, ELIZABETH B. SUAREZ, and grantee. RAYMOND J. SUAREZ,
Jr., (affiant) were husband and wife.
3. That due to scriveners error the marit~l status of the grantor
in the aforementioned deed was omitted.
4. That affiant has personal knowledge of these facts and gives
this affidavit for the purpose of clearing title to the following
described property. to wit:
Lot 4, Block 24 of RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT, 3,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
10, Page 80 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
