THIS INDENTURE made this 4TH day of December, 1989, between
GORDON H. SWEET, Wfdower, of R.D. 1, Box 264-1, Zelienople, PA 16063,
(party of the first part) AND
GORDON H. SWEET and his daughters, ANN THROCIQ+IORTON and KAREN SCHWAB,
of R.D. 1, Box 264-1, Zelienople, PA 16063, as joint tenants with the
right of survivorship and not as tenants in common (party of the
second part):
The party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE AND NO/100 ($1.00) DOLI~AR AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERA-
TIONS, to ssuch party in hand paid by the party of the second part, the
receipt of which is acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to
the party of the second part, and such party's heirs and assiqns, for-
ever, the following described land, situate, lyinq and beinq in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 504, Section II, in that certain condominium known as Outdoor
Resorts of America at Nettles, Island, as shown by the plat recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Plan Book 16, Page 1:1A thru 1J.
