1. The claims against Barnett Bank are hereby severed from this domestic
rel~tions case and it shal! proceed under it's original docket number 89-144-CA-17 and shall
proceed in the general civil division and be reassigned [o Judge Rupert J. Smith;

~ 2. The Amendment to Complaint filed with the original Motion sball stand as the

~ Amendment to the Complaint and be deemed filed as of the date of this Order;
