THIS CAUSS came on to be heard upon the Stipulation
of the parties and the Court being otherwise advised of the
premises, it is hereupon;
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGSD
1. ~USTODY: Temporary parental responsibility for the
issue of the marriage, STEVEN K. HOFFMAN, born October 17, 1977
and MICHAEL A. HOFFMAN, born October 21, 1984, shall be shared by
both parties. Both parties shall have full parental rights and
respon5ibilities with respect to said children, and both~parties
shall confer so that major decisions affecting the welfare of the
children will be determined jointly. The temporary primary
physical residence of the minor children shall be at the
residence of the Wife, subject to visitation rights to the
Husband.
; 2. CHILD SUPPORT: The Husband, RICHARD A. HOFFMAN, is

; hereby ordered to pay to the Wife, SHARON HOFFMAN, the amount of
; THREE HUNDRED AND NINETEEN DOLLARS ($319.00) per~month, per child~,

for tem orary child support, said payments to commence on the ~

~ day of , 1990.

~ The paym ts shall be made bimonthly with THREE HUNDRED

~ AND NINETEEN DOLLARS ($319.00) being due on the first day of the
~ month and THREE HUNDRED AND NINETEEN DOLLARS ($319.00) being due
~
~ on the fifteenth day of the month.

3. INCOME DEDUCTION ORDER: The Court shall enter an
Immediate Income Deduction Order with regard to the above
' described child support payments. Said payments shall be payable

~ through the Clerk of Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, and all
~
~

~ statutory clerk's fee shail be borne by the Husband.
