temporary exclusive use of the marital home which is located at
1994 S.W. Taurus Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida, until further
order of this Court. f
5. MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER: The parties hereto are ~

hereby mutually restrained and enjoined from harassing, ~
~
molesting, bothering, coming about, or annoying the other party. ~
~
ALL AND SINGULAR the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, his ~
. ~
deputies and officers, and any other peace officer, are hereby
authorized and directed to take into custody the offending party -
upon affidavit of the offended party.
6. NOT TO BE USED AS PRECEDENT: Although this Order
;
may be introduced as a temporary order i~ a subsequently filed ;
dissolution of marriage action, it shall in no way be used as
precedent by the Court for determination of an amount for
permanent child support to be awarded at a final hearing in said
subsequently filed dissolution of marriage action.
7. JURISDICTION: This Court specifically reserves
jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this Order.
