6. This Court reserves jurisdiction for the purpose of deternlining the amount
due fran the Respondent to the Petitianer, if any, as reimbursement fo-r past AFDC payments
received by or an behalf of the chi.ld(ren) nacr~ed hereut.
7. Additionally, zt is further ordered thaL- Responclent/Payor shall prcr.nptly
notify the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services of all changes in his or her
m~iling address, and all changes in the n~ne and address of his or her ~loyer wi~hi»
seven (7) days of such change.
