paid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be securod by this mortgage may decreast or increase from time to time, but the total unpaid balance so
saured at aoy one time shall not exceed the maximum principat sum of f 34400.00 . together with interest thtreon and any and all
disbursemcnts made by the Mortgagte for the paymcnt of taucs, levies, or insurance on the ptoperty covered by the lirn of this mortgage with interat on such
disburstmrnts at tht rate specifed in the note referred to in this mongage, and for reasonable attorney's fees and coun costs incurred in the colketion of any
