AFFIDAVIT
B$FOR$ MS, the undersiqned notary public, personally
appeared A.J. CHANCEY, who, having been firat duly sworn
accordinq to law, deposes and says:
1. That on or about February 3, 1988, he executed and
delivered ta Judith Anne Roqera a Quit-Claim Deed to the
followinq described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
See Bxhibit "A" which is attached hereto
and by reference made a pa=t hereof.
2. The aforesaid Quit-Claim Deed is recorded in O.R. Book
573, Page 2988, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That due to a scriveners error, the amount of
consideration given for said Deed was omitted therefrom.
~ 4. That Affiant received Ten ($10.00) and No/100 and other
good and valuable consideration for execution and del.~very af the
aforementioned Deed; and further Affiant sa eth not.
