Interest shall be adjustable annually at the rate of -02~- above t e
~ existing Prime rate with a minimum interest rate of -12~- per annum
~ and payable as follows; Beginning March 1, 1990 and continuing monthly
~ thereafter, Maker shall make partial monthly interest only instal~ments
k in the minimum amount of $100.00 with the balance of accrued annual
~ interest payable on March lst of each year from date. In the event
that Maker reduces the principal balance during the term of this note,
Maker shall continue consecutive monthly installments in the amo~:nt of
$100.00 including interest and principal, if any, until fully paid.
In any event the 60th and final payment hall be a balloon payment
in the amount of the remaining princip balance together with accrued
~ interest.
