22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in chis Security Inscrument and the Nuce, "atcorneys' fees" shall inctude any accurneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
23. Riders co this Security lnstrument. If one or more riders are executed by Borrower and recorded together with
chis Security Inscrument, che covenancs and agreemencs of each such rider shall be incorporated into and shall amend and
supplemenc the covenants and agreements of chis Security lnstrument as if the rider(s) were a parc of chis Securicy
