The above-named Defendant, having been declared
indigent, or partially indigent, and said Defendant having
received, at his request, the asaistance of the Public Defender's
office or the services of a private attorney appointed pursuant
to the Florida Statutes or the Florida Rulee of Criminal
Procedure, and said Defendant having been determined to be guilty
of a criminai act, and said Defendant having been adviaed of
his/her right to a hearing to contest the amount of the lien, and
said Defendant having not requeated a hearing to contest the
amount of the lien, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
