PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
Rnow All Men by These Presents: `
WHEREAS, -T80S. J. WHITE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, ("Mortgagor") is party to that certain Mortgage, dated
~uly 9, 1985, and recorded in O.R. Book 470, page 1651t Amendment to
said Mortgage, dated May 29, 1986, and recorded in O,R. Book 0522,
page 0715; Mortgage Spreader Agreement, dated November 3, 1986, and
recorded in O.R. Boak 0522, page 0650; Extension of Note Agreement,
dated December l, 1986, and recorded in O.R. Book 0528, page 0509;
Mortgage Spreader Agreement, filed October 8, 1987, in O.R. Book
0560, page 1191; Extension of Note Agreement filed December 4, 1987,
in O.R. Book 0566, page 2292; Future Advance Agreement and Amendment
to Mortgage filed December 4, 1987, in O.R. Book 0566, page 2297j
UCC Financing Statement filed in O.R. Book 0522, page 0718 and all
amendments thereto; and Mortgage Spreader Agreement f iled December
10, 1987, in O.R. Book 567~ page 858,*all of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida ("Mortgage"), in favor of MERCANTILE BANR
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association ("Mortgagee"),
the premises therein particularly described to secure the aggregate
sum of Seven Million and No/100 Dollars ($7,000,000.00), ~with
interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS~ Mortgagor has requested the Mortgagee to release
the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged
premises from the lien and operation of the Mortgage;
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the Mortgagee in consideration of
the premises herein and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), to it paid
by the Mortgagor, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
~ whereof is hereby ackr~owledged, does remise, release, quit-claim,
i exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of the Mortgage
; unto the Mortgagor, its heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or
~ tract of land being part of the premises conveyed by the Mo*_-tgage,
to-wit:

~ ESTATES, Parcel 8--Phase I, as shown on Plat Number
, 2 of St. Lucie West, recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages
~ 9, 9A through 9G in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
~ said Mortgagor, its heirs and 3ssigns forever, freed, exonerated and
~ discharged of and from the lien of the Mortgage, and every part
~ thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
~ lien or encumbrance of the Mortgage on the remaining part of said
mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom, or any of the
rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
