WA?RRANTY DEED II
THIS WA~RRANTY DEED made and executed the 22nd day of January,
A.D., 1990 by WESTHERRY ORIGINALS, INC., a Florida corporation, a
corporation existing under the laws of Florida, and having its
principal place of business at Post Office Box 7338, Port St. Lucie,
Florida 34985, hereinafter called the Grantor, to HAROLD NEWMAN and
ANASTASIA NEWMAN, husband and wife, whose post office address is
1222 S.W. Bent Pine Cove, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986, hereinafter
called Grantee:
WHEREVER used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include
all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and
assigns of corporation.
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration o~ the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, by the presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all
