page 1673; Amendment to First Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated
May 29, 1986, and recorded in O.R. Book 522, page ?09; UCC Financing ~
Statement filed in O.R. Book 522, page 718; Mortgage Spreader ~
Agreement, dated November 3, 1986, and recorded in O.R. Book 522, page ~
645; Mortgage Spreader Agreement, filed October 8, 1987, in O.R. Book
560, page 1184; Extension of Note Agreement filed December 4, 1987, in
O.R. Book 566, page 2287; Mortgage Spreader Agreement filed December
10, 1987, in O.R. Book 567, page 848; and Addendum to Mortgage filed

of Note Agreement, dated December 1, 1986, and recorded in O.R. Book
528, page 509; Mortgage Spreader Agreement, filed October 8, 1987 in
O.R. Book 560, page 1291; Extension of Note Agreement filed December
4, 1987, in O.R. Book~ 566, page 2292; Futuze Advance Agreement and

page 665; Mortgage Spreader Agreement, filed October S, 1987, in O.R.
Book 560, page 1198; and Mortgage Spreader Agreement filed December
10, 1987, in O.R. Book 567, page 868; and as further amended by
Addendum to Mortgage filed February 25, 1988 in O.R. Book 576, page
1316, all of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
("Mortgage"), in favor of MERCANTILE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a
national banking association ("Mortgagee"), the premises therein
particularly described to secure the aggregate sum of Six
MillionDollars ($6,000,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, THOS. J. WHITE DEVELOPMFNP CORPORATION, a
Florida Corporation ("Assignor") is party to that certain Assignment
of Lease(s}, dated May 29, 1986 and recorded November 26, 1986 in O.R.
Book 522, page 722 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
("Assignment") in favor of MERCANTILE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a
