Mortgagee/Assignee to release the premises hereinafter described,
being part of said mortgaged and assigned premises, from the lien and
operation of the Mortgages and Assignment;
NOW THEREFORE, IINOW YE, that the Mortgagee/Assignee, in
consideration of the premises herein and the sum of Ten Dollars
(510.00), to it paid by the Mortgagor/Assignor, at the time of the
execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, remises,
releases, quit-claims, exonerates and discharges from the lien and
operation of the Mortgages and Assignment unto the Mortgagor/Assignor,
its heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land being
part of the premises conveyed by the Mortgages/Assignment, to-wit:
Lot 130~ HEATHERWOOD, St. Lucie West Plat No. 7, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 8, 8A through 8G, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor/Assignor, its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of the
Mortgages/Assignment, and every part thereof; provided always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the
Mortgages/Assignment on the remaining part of said mortgaged/assigned
premises not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and
remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagee/Assignee has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed, by its property officer thereunto duly authorized,
