WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 24th day of January A.D.,
1990 by CLINT WESTBERRY, INC., a Florida corporation, a corporation
existing under the laws of Florida, and having its principal place of
business at 590 N.W. Peacock Loop, Suite #7, Port St. Lucie, Florida
34986, hereinafter called the grantor, to H. BaYRLE LINK and ALICE P.
LINK, husband and wife „ whose post office address is 415 Dakota Way,
Ft. Pierce, FL 34946, hereinafter called grantee: ~

WHEREVER used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all
the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and
' assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporation.
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by the presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot 130, HEATHERWOOD, St. Lucie West Plat No. 7,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 27, pages 8, 8A through 8G, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

I SUBJECT TO all of its exhibits, easements,

~ prohibitions imposed by qovernmental authority and
real property taxes subsequent to December 31,
1988, and those restrictions, covenants and
i conditions contained in Warranty Deed recorde~i in

~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is
lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and
lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully
~ warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whatsoever; and that said land is free of
~ all encumbrances.
